# How to get connected

## 1 Getting connected

1. Open your Settings on the device you would like to get connected.
2. Select the "Wi-Fi" option from the list.
3. Look for the Network relating to the rental unit you are staying in e.g. "Pitch *** - Guest WiFi".

## 2 Not connected?

5. Follow the prompts on your browser to register for the service.
6. Open your settings and ensure your Wi-Fi network is displaying "Connected".
7. Open your native web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge).
8. Try to visit [www.neverssl.com](http://www.neverssl.com/).

## 3 Still not connecting?

Is our equipment plugged in and powered correctly?

4. Make sure the Ethernet is plugged into PoE Port.

3. Follow the cable back to the PSU.
