How to get connected

1 Getting connected

  1. Open your Settings on the device you would like to get connected.
  2. Select the "Wi-Fi" option from the list.
  3. Look for the Network relating to the rental unit you are staying in e.g. "Pitch *** - Guest WiFi".

2 Not connected?

  1. Follow the prompts on your browser to register for the service.
  2. Open your settings and ensure your Wi-Fi network is displaying "Connected".
  3. Open your native web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge).
  4. Try to visit www.neverssl.com.

3 Still not connecting?

Is our equipment plugged in and powered correctly?

  1. Make sure the Ethernet is plugged into PoE Port.

  2. Follow the cable back to the PSU.
